After completing Bachelor’s in Vision Sciences from PIRS, ISRA University, Islamabad Campus in 2021, Ms. Aiman enrolled in Optometry Faculty Development Initiative Course conducted by Brien Holden Vision Institute, Sydney, Australia that was a one year long course. After completing the course in 2022, Ms. Aiman pursued her master’s degree in public health from Health Services Academy, Islamabad with outstanding academic results (4.0 CGPA) January 2023-December 2024.

Ms. Aiman joined PIRS in 2021 as an optometrist (for primary eye care center). During that period, she was involved in school screening project named Nazar 2020 project, Islamabad in collaboration with Human Development Foundation and outreach activities conducted by PIRS.

In 2022 Ms. Aiman joined PIRS as a teaching and research assistant, where she was involved in teaching, training students for school screenings and final year research work assistance. Ms. Aiman has been involved in different projects related to eye health (Field Work, Data Management & Report Writing). She has been involved in conducting Seminars and School screening workshops at PIRS.
