Profile Summary:

Ms. Saima holds a Gold Medical in BS Vision Sciences from (PICO) Pakistan Institute of Community Ophthalmology, Khyber Medical University Peshawar. She is among the pioneer faculty members of PIRS, having 9 years of teaching experience.

As Head of Department of Vision Sciences, she is responsible for managing, planning and evaluating activities of students and faculty, designing action plans for academic and co-curricular activities, organizing and conducting various optometry workshops and trainings for students and faculty, supervising research projects of students and various other departmental coordination activities.

Ms. Saima holds membership of Pakistan Optometric Society.

She has done OFDI (Optometry Faculty Development Initiative) course from Brien Holden Vision Institute, Australia.
